Maharaja records presents Giddeh Vich by Aman Sandhu FT HMC with the debut music production of Maharajas.
Maharajas comprise of two brothers Deep and Jas born and raised in Ilford, London and CEO’s of the reputable DJ brand Maharaja Music. The duo are set to make their debut into the music industry with their first venture with both brothers being passionate about music they fell into the music field at the young age where they began DJ’ing at parties before setting up one of UKs most reputable roadshows. Deeps the older of the two has always been passionate about live music and began learning Tabla at a young age after being inspired by his grandfather and went on to learning from the late Parmjit Singh Karir. The progression in music went towards other instruments one main one being thedhol which Deeps performed across the country at some of the most prestigious venues including the Royal Albert Hall.
Jas following the footsteps of his older brother at the age of 5, beginning by learning to play the Dhol. The love of music grew whilst the Dhol enabled Jas to perform from local community shows to some of the UKs most prestigious venues. Along his journeys he had an opportunity to play alongside Bhangra superstars such as, Sukshinder Shinda, Bhinda Aujla, HMC and Hans Raj Hans.
The successful entrepreneurs that have had music in their life for over a decade are set to release the first single from their forthcoming album. This single brings a traditional flavour of Giddha blending it with an urban twist using HMC to bring the urban feel.
Giddeh Vich features the vocals of one of Punjab’s finest young singers Aman Sandhu who is known for his hits Dream Girl FT Roach Killa, Lak De Hullare and Bhulgi which all gained international recognition from fans and media. The track also features rapper HMC who has had a number of huge hits under his name from Soni Lagdi with Sukshinder Shinda, Tappe and DJ Vix Yaar Kureh. The concept created by two passionate music lovers is set to launch their music production career on a high with a new twist to traditional Giddha.
